Hello everyone , I wonder what is copyright ... How could copywriting working .. For example if I am making a website on Affiliate programs and write a definition of Affiliate marketing on it .. I am sure it may be same as of other millions of peoples having website on affiliate marketing ..... I mean thousands of peoples have same thoughts and may use same words to define particular thing .. So how about it ? If someone copyright definition of particular product and then later on sue everyone who use same definition....
Second question is who does the copy writing, I believe its local agencies of every country .. So what about it , I copyright particular material in India while the other person copywrite the same material in USA or uk ?
if you search for anything on google you will find thousands of websites repeating same thing again and again ? So where is copywrite ? ? ...
these all stuff turn me off to copywrite or even write any material ... and all I am living is on the income of forums posts lol .
Yes & no. If all of us on DP wrote an article on affiliate marketing they wouldn't all be the same. Many would be very similar, and have similar content but each of us has our own unique writing style, and our own unique views on affiliate marketing.
I write all my own content, and sometimes on topics which have been covered many times by other sites, but my work is still completely original, because I wrote it.
There is nothing I dislike more than looking up an article & finding it on 15 different sites. I personally believe a website should have unique content. I know mine does, and I cover many topics which are commonly written about.
It's important to also remember that while other webmasters may steal content & pass it off as their own, it is highly unethical. Start out as you plan to continue. It takes time & effort to run a good website, but doing the right thing is the only way to go.
First, as far as I know the word "copyrighting' is also used as a legal term. Although, copyrighting is used more for the very process of creation of content that may be copyrighted later. Second. Copyright Protection is one of the biggest issues that publishers and authors face on the Internet. It's very hard to cope with it. Moreover, it is often just technically impossible. I met a lot of people that filled their websites with stolen content. For the content's owners it's very difficult to track them down. That is why the unlawful practice prospers. Copyright violations are just the same that ordinary theft. So it should be treated adequately. The measures against the practice should be taken by the very owners of the content stolen. Luckily, there are methods that allow to track the violators down like the service that copyscape website offers.
