Here is the situation, I have/had an old hosting account originally with eBoundary and then eBoundary got bought out by Digitally Justified Technologies.

Everything migrated over, billing and such, and my CC expired. This happened 3 months ago, and I kept getting invoices for this hosting service. I emailed asking them to terminate my account and they are asking for 3 overdue invoices.

The account has been suspended as far as I know for that period and I was not receiving anything from this, nor were they providing much. I was never given any info about this new webhost, I didn't choose to be a part of it and I don't have much time to deal with things and often ignore them (some personal fault here). I looked at their site today (which I don't ever recall visiting and realized I have never logged in, nor was I given any login details for this so as far as I am concerned I don’t even have a billing account with them. Their website has login to all clients paying in CAD (Canadian $) but I have been paying $USD for all my accounts.

My question is, do I owe money for 3 months of a suspended account, which wasn't in use given this background? Thoughts/Comments/Opinions would be appreciated.

If indeed your account was suspended for that time frame (and you have ample proof to give to them showing it was), then no you shouldn't owe them money since they were not providing the service.

Granted if the account was left active over that time then yes you do owe them still unless you submitted a cancellation to your old host previously and can supply that information to them.

If you don't pay, they could in theory turn it over to collections, dependent on when your cancellation was submitted. If the amount is not that much, it's probably isn't worth their while. If they had suspended the site, and you were without service, while it would have been nice to contact them during that period if you did not, ethically I can't see paying for those months.
