If and when you get to the point where you just need help or you want some more time for yourself, do you forsee yourself going with full-time employees or relying on contract laborers where you do not have to worry about the benefit and tax issues?

I think I am leaning towards contractors, at least initially, but for long-term stability, reliability and piece-of-mind, employees may be the route to go.

    Any thoughts?

    You know in choosing between

    1-My own business
    2-Contract work
    3-Employee

I could never say a strong answer !
I've tried all and each had its own advantages and disadvantages over others.

I think being employed has the least stress and most security and stability.

I think this one really depends on the current need of the business. You can't really tell for sure which one is more better than the other. What demands it is the need of the venture.
