I think marketing a business online is very popular, of course. This is a result of ecommerce. Operating and promoting businesses online is a great thing. However, offline marketing methods can still be implemented in order to help promote a website. I like offline marketing most.

There are many offline marketing and promotional methods. One good place to start is by making certain a business website and email address is found on all business materials. For example, this information can be printed on business cards, letterhead and flyers.

Always have business cards ready to hand out if you run into someone who shows an interest in your or the business you work for. Posting business cards in areas allowing business cards to be displayed can also send more people to a business website.

If you have some more information please share it here.

    good.
I just came to start a post about offline advertising for online business and found that you already did it , great !

I really don't have such an experience and really need to ask someone who have done this, if it was successful or not.

The fact is when you do online advertisement , it's more targeted and you can be sure that the person who see your ad, is currently online , so (s)he is internet user BUT about offline advertisement (Cars, magazines, newspapers, etc.) it's not.

Is there anyone here who has such an experience ?

I have to disagree with you sam-st most internet users are done with junk mail. If they don't know you then mostly it isn't even going to get opened. Ads in small publications (your local paper, copuon book) are very effective.

Yes, it is a good idea 'webmaster' that offline marketing or a card having brief description of the website will give good results. This is going to help, as if some one wants to suggest the site address to any one else then he can directly show him or give him the card. Offcourse I agree that online marketing let the user direct visit. But cards can do the same work offline and visitor can visit the site later or as he becomes online based on his interest ratio.
