    Would someone be kind enough to direct me on the simplest way to add a few videos to my blogger blog? Thanks in advance.

    YouTube offers the actual code for pages if the author allows it.

    There are plug-ins for some forum applications (SMF for one) that provide for YouTube posting. Do a little searching you'll find what you need.

    Here's how to add videos on your blog:

    1) Click blog -> new entry

    2) On the blog entry page, enter the title of the blog, and start typing in your text.

    3) You can insert the video anywhere by positioning the cursor and clicking on insert/embed video button

    Pop up dialog screen appears. From here you have two options: enter/paste the link of the video, OR search for videos.

    1) Enter or paste the link of the video.

    Note: Supported videos are YouTube and Google videos for now. For example, you can paste the following link formats.

    For Google:
    http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7170896438754497693

    For YouTube:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vbnLYROCj8

    2) Click Next.

    3) On the settings page, select the size, the alignment, and placement of the text.

    4) Click Insert

    5) Save your blog.
