I have experienced lots of web hosting service providers since 8 years ago and honestly didn't find a reliable one.( I know it doesn't make any sense to talk about a reliable shared hosting because you are affected by others websites hosted on the same server) but there are some facts besides that, that are completely depend on the web hosting provider, such as hosting features, customer care response time, troubleshooting and clearly the price that will have a memory effect for you as the customer.
Recently I got a VPS at SurfSpeedy.com because of their good price but still didn't have enough time to be able to judge about them.
So far (less than a month) its good without any important issue.
Want to know the others ideas about them to decide if I should stay, upgrade or move my sites to somewhere else cause I have some sites that are promoted yet and it's easier for me to move them before I do.
