If some one knows that how to create an online application on VB or VB.Net that can interact with users online on the website.

for example.

creating animations and then saving them on their local hard disk as animated file. Or if they can store it on their site inbox.

Like they do on their own computer's for example a very famous application for creating gif animations is:

Gif Animator

Quite good and with lots of functions but I know that on the web I can't do that much but a simple online application can be created helping them to learn and work by keeping them online.
