    Hi All,

    I want to know whether ffmpeg have to download entire mp3 file to get id3 information(Track name,Artist Name,Album Title,Type,etc).

    Yes you are right, you will need the mp3 file, and as it will be passed to ffmpeg it will be able to read the entire info, if available.
